We are excited to have you join us for YoungLives weekend camp at Carolina Point, February 20-23, 2025! You are in for a great weekend serving teen moms and their children! Here are a few things to consider before starting this application.

2. If you are serving for a specific group, you will need to know their AREA NAME and AREA NUMBER to complete this form.  

3. You will need to allow 10-15 minutes to fill out this form and you will NOT be able to save your progress as you go.

4. You are not fully registered to serve until we have received your deposit or balance.

5. Age guidelines for volunteering: 14-15 years old must serve with parent/guardian; 16-17 years old can serve with any adult; 18+ can come on own.

6. Arrival is on February 20th between 6:30-7:30 pm. Departure is Sunday February 23rd by 1pm.
